Services for Adults

  • Case Management - Counseling and case management services to assist individuals in daily life issues including money management, advocacy and assistance in acquiring benefits or other services for which they are entitled.
  • Residential Support - Individualized support services, provided within the person's own home or apartment, are developed to meet the specific needs of the individual.  This can range from periodic support up to 24 - hour per day.
  • Private Pay - Individuals who exceed income guidelines can privately pay for services at CLS.
