Employee Referral Program
All Employees of Community Living Services are encouraged to assist the organization in the recruitment of qualified and competent staff. To that end, a recruitment bonus program has been put in place. Employees who know individuals that meet the qualifications for an existing open position and believe that they would make a good addition to the organization should refer them for employment. Employees who refer potential hires to the agency may receive monetary bonuses.
The current referral bonus rates are $100 after six months of employment and a $100 second award after one year of successful employment.
